Yang Style Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial arts that are commonly used for self defense as well as it's many health benefits. Here at Nutrapy, we are privileged to have Master Dennis Lowney, Tai Chi instructor since 1983, teach us both the energetics and the applications of each individual Tai Chi posture. He delivers a rich wealth of knowledge in Yang Style Tai Qi and Qi Gong (standing meditation).

Yang Style Tai Chi originates from one of the five most recognized family of internal exercise - The Yang Family. This system is great for relieving muscle tension, improving overall health and well-being, reducing lower back pain, and increasing Chi flow - your life force energy! Practitioners should feel results on the very first class.

Acupuncture is a type of medicine where patients are usually treated by inserting solid needles into the body. This art was developed over 5000 years ago in Ancient China and it is currently growing more popular as its efficacy is becoming more apparent through clinical studies. Many of the local hospitals such as the Children's Hospital and Boston Medical have established an Integrative Medicine department that offers acupuncture to their patients. Patients in this case would receive needling to balance.
